P&H Flour is shipped directly to us from the mill in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada. Our favorite flour for baking, it is absolutely wonderful in yeast breads. The fine texture of P&H Flour will turn out such soft loaves of bread you're sure to get raving reviews.  Use up to 1/4 cup less when making cookies, cakes or anything you would use white flour for.  P&H has fans all over the USA!
