Minced Onion

Product consists of harvested onion bulbs (Allium cepa) which have been washed, sliced, dehydrated, and minced. Minced onions fall between chopped and granulated onion is size. This product is off-white in color with a flavor and aroma that is characteristic of fresh onion. Minced Onions can be added to soups, salads, rice, casseroles or any dish where a hint of onion is desired.
