Enchilada Mix

A custom spice blend that is red in color with a spicy enchilada sauce flavor and aroma.

Suggested usage: In a saucepan, combine 8 tsp. of seasoning mix 1, 8 oz can of tomato sauce and 1 1/2 cups of water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Set aside. Add 1/2 cup of sauce to 1 lb of ground beef. Use remaining sauce for topping.

Ingredients: Corn Flour, Chili Pepper, Salt, Onion, Corn Starch, Spices, Garlic.
