Homemade Wonderful Bread Mix can be made by hand or in your bread machine. The bread can also be made dairy free. This mix is especially designed for those sensitive to gluten, but enjoyed by everyone. This gluten free moist, flavorful bread is ideal for sandwiches, toast, bread crumbs, croutons, and other dishes that start with a basic loaf of bread. Contains garbanzo flour, potato starch, corn starch, sorghum flour, tapioca flour, evaporated cane juice, fava flour, xanthan gum, potato flour, sea salt, guar gum, soy lecithin, and a yeast packet.

 

 

Ingredients: Bread Mix: Whole Grain Sorghum Flour, Potato Starch, Cornstarch, Pea Protein Powder, Tapioca Flour, Sugar, Xanthan Gum, Salt, Guar Gum. Yeast Packet: Yeast, Sorbitan Monostearate, Ascorbic Acid.
