Bob's Red Mill Tapioca Flour

Tapioca Flour helps bind gluten free recipes making it a great alternative to traditional wheat flours and has a variety of uses in baking. For best results use in combination with other gluten free flours. Tapioca flour is gluten free and an extremely smooth, starchy white flour that has a slight sweet flavor. Bob's Red Mill Tapioca Flour never discolors and contains no discernible taste or smell, plus it never separates or coagulates when refrigerated or frozen which makes it a great thickener in sauces, soups and pies. It also adds chew to baked goods and crispness to crusts. Can also be used to replace corn starch (use 2 Tbsp tapioca flour for each 1 Tbsp corn starch).
