Cook Type Chocolate Pudding

1 cup pudding mix
2½ cups milk

In a heavy saucepan, whisk pudding mix and milk constantly over low heat until it starts to simmer (190°F). Remove from heat and pour into storage bowl or dessert dishes, stirring once or twice more. Cover and refrigerate until set. Makes 5 (½-cup) servings.

Ingredients: Cane Sugar, Pure Chocolate Drops (Sugar, Chocolate Liquor, Cocoa Butter, Soy Lecithin [an emulsifier], and Vanilla Beans, Milk), Corn Starch, Cocoa (processed with Alkali), Egg Yolks, Canola Oil, Natural Flavors, Sea Salt, Whole Milk Powder.
