Instant Pistachio Pudding

¾ cup of pudding mix
2 cups of cold milk

Use whisk or mixer (low speed) to combine pudding mix and cold milk for 1 minute, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed. Pour into storage bowl or dessert dishes. Cover and refrigerate until set. Makes 4 (½-cup) servings.

Ingredients: Sugar, Modified Food Starch, Dextrose, Tetrasodium Pyrophosphate, Cellulose Gum, Emulsifier (Mono and Diglycerides, Nonfat Milk), Disodium Phosphate, Natural and Artificial Flavor, Creamer (Palm Oil, Corn Syrup Solids, Sodium Caseinate (a Milk Derivative), Salt, FD&C Yellow 5, Blue 1.
