Cornbread Muffin Mix

This mix makes a hearty cornbread when baked in your favorite muffin tin or cast iron pan. Contains stone ground whole grain cornmeal, whole wheat pastry flour, evaporated cane juice, buttermilk powder, sea salt, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), and baking soda.
